AVTA takes into account your specific learning style when
helping you to learn how to use assistive technology and computer applications.
Training is done one-on-one on your own system in short 2-3 hour
sessions that fit into your school or work schedule. We strive to make
the training relevant to you by identifying specific tasks that are vital for
you and ensuring that you can use your computer and assistive technology to do
those tasks. Reference materials will be custom created for you using a
terminology and format that is easy for you to use.
